The next Annual General Meeting of Lincoln City Supporters’ Society Limited (commonly known as Red Imps Community Trust) will be held online on THURSDAY 26TH JUNE 2025, commencing at 7.30pm.
Members are entitled to attend and speak at the meeting, subject to the Society’s Standing Orders. Members who would like to attend and participate in the meeting should email me, requesting the Zoom link.
Members are also entitled, if they do not attend the meeting, to appoint another person as their proxy, to exercise all or any of their rights. No person other than the Chair of the Annual General Meeting can act as proxy for more than three members. Members may appoint the Chair of the Annual General Meeting as their proxy if they so wish. A proxy need not be a member of the Society, but must attend the meeting to represent the Member concerned. The form to appoint a proxy can be printed from the link mentioned below. Completed forms must be received not less than two clear days before the date fixed for the Annual General Meeting, i.e. by no later than by Monday 23rd June 2025. They should be delivered to me by hand or by post at 47 Salisbury Street, Gainsborough DN21 2RS. Alternatively, the form can be printed, signed, scanned and sent to me by email.
Members attending the meeting who are at least 18 years of age are entitled to vote at the meeting on the resolutions that will be proposed. Members who are at least 18 years of age can also, if they do not attend the meeting, use the proxy appointment form as a ballot paper, instructing their proxy how to cast their votes on their behalf.
