Our Trust’s official charity partner for 2024, Lincoln City Foundation, has developed an incredibly impressive range of initiatives for the benefit of the entire community, including Lincoln City fans. We highlight here just one of those initiatives: Poacher’s Den.

What is Poacher’s Den?

A family-friendly activity area, facilitated by Foundation Staff. Young fans and families can socialise pre-match, enhancing the matchday experience and adding to the welcoming community feel generated when supporting the Imps. A range of activities is offered, including pool, table tennis, fussball, indoor golf, a speed-stack challenge and X-Box/PlayStation. First team players who are not in the matchday squad are regular visitors. Poacher will also pop in, to take part in the action.

Where is Poacher’s Den at the LNER Stadium?

Entry is via a door between the Sincil Bank public roadway and the Den itself, which is underneath the GBM Stand, towards its northern end.

When is Poacher’s Den open?

On home matchdays, from two and a half hours before kick-off until 30 minutes before kick-off.

How much does it cost to go in to Poacher’s Den?

Nothing: it is completely free of charge.

Do places have to be booked to go in to Poacher’s Den?

No: everyone is welcome to visit, whenever they want.

How can donations be made to help Poacher’s Den?

There are numerous ways to support the Foundation financially, including before all home games via a collection bucket that can be found in the Trust’s marquee in the University of Lincoln Fan Village. Donations will assist the ongoing upkeep of the Den, including purchasing new equipment, replacing well-used items and adding value to the existing feel of the space through aspects such as decoration and signage.
