What a good day yesterday at the LNER, for the memorial charity match against Bradford City Vets.

What a good game of football and I hope the fans and all the players enjoyed being apart of the day.

A lot of work went on behind the scenes so thank you for helping with the kit. It was a big thing for me to wear the same style/retro kit the Lincoln played in on 11th May 1985. It was a good moment.

Thank you to everyone that made the day possible, I would like to thank the Lord Mayor of Bradford, Mayor of Lincoln, the civic team of Lincoln, all the volunteers, Lincoln City, ball retrievers, The RICT (Trust), match officials, all the sponsors, all the former players that turned up to support and that sent their support and wishes, University of Lincoln for there continued support of the FPA. The players from Bradford City Vets and the former players from Lincoln.

Thank you to you all and let’s hope we can do it again sometime next year. In memory of the 56.

Thank you.
